Registration and Participation

  • Registration for gatherings is subject to availability
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You are responsible for informing us of any accessibility needs or dietary requirements
  • We operate on a "no one turned away for lack of funds" principle - please contact us if cost is a barrier
  • Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible to allow others to participate
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellations, though this may depend on timing and circumstances

Carpooling and Transportation

  • Carpooling and pickup arrangements are facilitated by Riverland Faeries but are agreements between individual participants
  • Riverland Faeries is not liable for transportation arrangements between participants
  • Participants using carpooling services do so at their own risk
  • We encourage respectful communication, punctuality, and mutual care in all travel arrangements
  • Drivers should ensure their vehicles are roadworthy and properly insured
  • Passengers should contribute fairly to fuel costs when offering rides

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Respect the consent and boundaries of others at all times
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
  • Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior of any kind
  • Honor the "leave no trace" principle in natural spaces
  • Respect facilitators' guidance regarding safety and logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality about other participants' personal information shared during gatherings
  • Practice harm reduction and respect community agreements around substance use

Violations may result in removal from gatherings without refund and exclusion from future events.


Liability

  • Participation in gatherings is at your own risk
  • Riverland Faeries and its facilitators are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where legally required under Dutch law
  • You are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings
  • We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for travel and activities
  • Emergency contact information is collected for safety purposes only

Intellectual Property

  • Content on this website is owned by Riverland Faeries unless otherwise stated
  • Photographs and recordings at gatherings require explicit consent from participants
  • You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us permission to use gathering-related materials for promotional purposes (with your consent)
  • Please respect the privacy of fellow faeries - always ask before taking or sharing photos

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Dutch legal procedures, with jurisdiction in Dutch courts.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service as needed to reflect community evolution and legal requirements. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
